Byron Smith

Byron is an experienced, Melbourne-based copywriter, creative director and campaign strategist.
 
His experience includes 10 years as co-director and creative head of Fuzzy Advertising and five years as a key creative at Dare Advertising. He’s worked on countless successful projects and campaigns, from social media strategy and content, electronic DM and web, to TV, radio, print and outdoor advertising, POS, sales promotion, direct mail and more.
 
Byron works from a solid strategic platform to create breakthrough ideas and content that resonate with the target audience, to drive action and maximise the return on your marketing investment.

ALLISON OSWALD

Allison is a highly experienced and talented graphic designer with a big-agency background and versatile skills spanning all media platforms, from print advertising and brochureware, to web, social media and brand design.

Her keen eye for composition, visual impact and attention to detail, have been hallmarks of a design career spanning more than two decades, during which she has developed breakthrough concepts, designs and finished art for an array of high-profile brands including Nivea, Sensodyne, Buxton Real Estate, Land Rover, koko black and Bosch.

Best of all, Allison’s friendly, down-to-earth and patient manner make her a pleasure to work with.

rob blackburn

Talented photographer and all-round fab guy, Rob has been making pictures in Melbourne for more than 25 years.

He mostly photographs people, but also enjoys taking pictures of food and cars.

His aim is always to make an image that tells a story - funny, sad or outrageous or just the quiet story of ordinary people learning, playing and working.

With a gift for conversation and a passion for everything from vintage motorbikes to AFL, Rob has a knack for helping people feel at ease in front of the lens, resulting in striking, natural images that always engage and delight.

roly imhoff

A former professional photographer and TV director, Roly started working in website development way back in 2001.

As the medium has grown, so too have Roly’s vast knowledge and skills in all things ‘online’.

With a sharp mind and an understanding of the need to make the web ‘ux’ (user experience) as intuitive and simple as possible, Roly has helped all kinds of brands, large and small, to overcome complex web-development challenges, while boosting their search-engine results and maximising their ‘click traffic’ (that’s ‘site visitors’ to the rest of us!).
